Students believe there should be more pedestrian crossing in their local community. This would allow them to cross the road more safely on their way to school and back home, but also, that can reduce the number of people injured in accidents. So, team of four students from Elementary school „Vladimir Nazor“ in Pisarovina made a project about temporary pedestrian crossing that is projected via a projector at the push of a button, and if necessary, it is mobile - it can be placed in different places where it is needed (for example, for situation where heavy traffic is mixed with temporary pedestrian crossing).
This project was created as part of the DOIT pilot project, phase 1. The workshops were conducted during January 10th and 11th, 2019. The theme of the workshops was to solve current social problems, using student’s creativity and practical skills.
